  32.  provide REGISTERED users with the following limited warranties for 90

  35.     MEDIA - Software Avenue, Inc. warrants that under normal use the
  36.     magnetic media and any packaging provided with it are free from
  37.     defects in materials and workmanship.

  39.     SOFTWARE - Software Avenue, Inc. warrants that the software, as
  40.     originally purchased, will perform substantially in conformance
  41.     with the specifications set forth in the documention.

  43.  To make a warranty claim under this limited warranty, return the product
  44.  to Software Avenue, Inc. with your name, address, and a statement of the
  45.  defect.  We will replace the defective product or, at our discretion, 
  46.  refund the purchase price.

  48.  THE FOREGOING STATES THE PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY

  87.  you have permission to distribute our shareware in its original

  90.  any of graphics, data, sound, or text files originally distributed
  91.  with our products (including this file).
